Sencha Architect expert needed for improving our already-developed mobile app

We're a new start up mobile app company who is currently seeking a skilled and reliable freelance app developer who has experience working with the Sencha Architect app development platform. We already have a fully developed mobile app, but what we need is someone who can work with us on a flexible and ongoing basis as needed to help us improve the app, add a suggested features, and handle a few other related tasks that would be within your area of expertise. Below are the mandatory requirements for this position. Please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements. 1) Must be experienced in Sencha Architect app builder 2) Must be skilled in iPhone & Android app submission 3) Must be able to begin and complete tasks in a timely manner 4) Must be available to communicate with on Skype 5) Must provide us with the time frames you'll be available to be "on call" each day of the week.
