About the social part i already developed many networks with a social gear ( chat, messages, sharings, likes etc.) but what is really important is that i have an extensive knowledge in geolocation tasks, so i understand what you are looking for when you write in the project description about "allows user to interact and share relevant information based upon certain criteria, logics and preferences". If I understand well, we basically have to match people in a given range of miles using the algorithm of the Earth radius according to users profiles and backgrounds. So let's schedule a skype call! I have the necessary experience to create a great social app: during my career I worked on several social apps (for example: Tweet7, Edge, Fixate, Stanstone - you can find these on the App Store). Also for most of these apps (Edge, Fixate, Stanstone) I created the backend too: database + api written in PHP. I make two bids for the project: 3500$ for the backend and the iOS app (I don't have the necessary expertise to create the Android version), or 5000$ if I have to take care of the Android version too (I will hire somebody - one of my friends - who has the necessary experience for such a project. In this case I will take all the responsibility for the Android version too: both apps will have high quality, and great user experience.)
