Random timer that cycles through 4 steps

I'm looking for a program that runs on my macbook. The program will randomly count down, and will announce using a selected system voice the phrase the user typed in. It then moves on to the next step, then the next. Alternating Random Timer For Step 1, user can set a minimum and maximum time range in seconds 1-60 For Step 2, user can set a minimum and maximum time range in seconds 1-60 For Step 3, user can set a minimum and maximum time range in seconds 1-60 For Step 4, user can set a minimum and maximum time range in seconds 1-60 User can type in a phrase that will be spoken by computer, when Step 1 starts User can type in a phrase that will be spoken by computer, when Step 2 starts User can type in a phrase that will be spoken by computer, when Step 3 starts User can type in a phrase that will be spoken by computer, when Step 4 starts When Start, For Step 1, calculate a random integer in range of the minimum and maximum of Step 1, This represents the number of seconds allowed in Step 1. Start and Display a countdown timer, and state the Step 1 phrase, When timer reaches zero, then move to Step 2, and does the same (3alculate random integer from 2 range, start and display countdown, state Step 2 Phrase When timer reaches zero, then move to Step 3, and does the same (3alculate random integer from 2 range, start and display countdown, state Step 3 Phrase When timer reaches zero, then move to Step 4, and does the same (3alculate random integer from 2 range, start and display countdown, state Step 4 Phrase When timer reaches zero, start again with Step 1
