Project Scheduler PoC

We are requiring a developer with previous experience on Project Scheduler creation. This can be someone with existing code that accomplishes the end result described below or someone with access to a library that can provide this feature. The person in charge of this task will be required a proof of concept to demonstrate in action and on a second phase to have this implemented in an application. What are we expecting from this proof of concept? For it to be organized as a calendar and to be able to refer to scheduling on a daily, weekyl or monthly basis. For scheduled activities to be dragged and dropped easily from place to place in the calendar layout. If a scheduled activity is moved to a slot with an existing one, the existing is moved automatically to a different slot. When a scheduled activity is modified in the data entry page, the resulting scheduled slot to be adjusted time and date accordingly. All of these features need to be included in the POC. There could be an existing library to accomplish these features or the developer has existing code fulfilling these requirements. A clear time estimation for this POC is required.
