Workflow Automation using Microsoft Office 365 and Power Automate

We are looking to automate our office workflow using various Microsoft office 365 web applications. This entails utilizing Microsoft Power Automate to create flows for various automation projects into MS Teams for team collaboration on various email communications within various departments. we want our staff to be able to see all emails relating to their workflow/department and allow management to assign team members various tasks/cards/work in the MS teams environment; centralized and available for all staff. we want to be able to have the team member responding to an assigned email, the ability of an automatic template response to the customer. The end goal is to have all email communication coming in, centralized in MS Teams and possibly MS Sharepoint for file backup and attachments, so that all staff can see the assignments, who the assignment is assigned to, and how long the task is taking, ect. The Ideal candidate will have very extensive Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and how to create custom flows to apply to custom workflow responses as well as extensive knowledge of office 365 suite and the applications there in; very experienced in the automation needs of high volume emails and appropriate triage. The candidate will be eager and forth-write with solutions and education to reach a resolution that is best for the team dynamic. The photo included notes email automation through MS power automate using MS Planner then MS teams creating a new card for any incoming emails relating to calls. we would like to build off of this Kanban board system as much as possible.
