I would like to hire a Microsoft Access Developer

I am setting up a database which brings in accounting information from a number of entities and attempts to pool the information together into a series of consolidated group reports. Each Table represents an entity within the group. The Fields are months dating back 3 years or so, and the Records represent a numerical value for a financial account at each month in the history. The Primary Key of each Table is a unique "GL Code" which references the financial account. The GL Codes are the same for each entity, meaning the Primary Key in each Table is identical. There are hundreds of GL Codes and these should "roll up" into summarised headers as the reports are pulled together. For example, there may be 30 sub-categories each represented by a GL Code within "Income" but the final report will simply sum all into Income. As the data is pooled together I need to make a number of adjustments. For example, the consolidated reports needs to sum the GL Codes over each group entity, however this summing up needs to exclude specific GL Codes for different reports. Internal reports need to present differently to external reports and where certain GL Codes (i.e. Records) roll up into in the final report differs depending on purpose. Another requirement involves what is likely going to be a set of characteristics applied to each GL Code. For example, a GL Code may be classified via several fields an Internal or External, Core or Non-core, Income generating and Non-income generating. These classifications are necessary in order to build in a high level of specificity in the financial reports the database can then produce for management. For example, the end goal of the project is to be able to quickly and accurately a report which asks something like: "Show me the consolidated group trend for Total Income against the value of assets identified as working assets at original value (i.e. depreciation added back) for the period January 2017 to October 2018" I have reached the limit of my understanding of Access though I can certainly grasp the potential of this program to solve this challenge for my business. While I understand building tables and uploading this information from excel format, I am challenged in overall table and database design and building queries and reports.
