Embedded/IoT/STM32/Arduino/RTOS/C++ Development & Consultancy

I am looking for a person who will advise, design, review and occasionally code, as part of a project I am working on. The project will be based on Arduino/PlatformIO/C++ using an RTOS (Possibly ChibiOS), Over an MCU (Possibly STM32), for an IoT/automation system. What experience and knowledge you will need: - Microcontrollers such as STM32, ESP32, ESP8266, ARM, .. - RTOS (ChibiOS, FreeRTOS, ..) including multi-threading, Inter-thread communication, HAL, .. - Coding STM32/ESP32/ESP8266/Arduino in Arduino/C++ or other development language suitable for MCU automation programming, - Integrating parallel/multiple hardware/modules such as WiFi, BLE, EEPROM, Sensors.. - Knowledge in communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, MTQQ, etc.. - Experience with OTA updates implementation. You will need ACTUAL EXPERIENCE and knowledge in almost ALL of the above things, for our interaction to be useful. What I will need from you: - Advise which RTOS system to use. - Advise on the selection of the right Microcontroller/s. - Guide and occasionally write example codes, of how to implement certain features in the selected RTOS and multi-threading, inter-thread communication, OTA update, etc.. using best practices over that selected system. - Advise how to design and build the overall system, using multiple sensors, WiFi module, BLE module, SDCard interfacing, DataBase (SQL like) functionality on the SDCard, EEPROM interfacing, etc.. connected to the selected chip or microcontroller. - Guide and occasionally write example codes, of how to implement certain features for the integrated modules, hardware and software modules. - Review code and design, and offer suggestions for improvement, bug-fixes and refactoring of the code and design. - Help resolve problems with the development environment (PlatformIO, Modules, ..). - Research new technical topics, and write summary report/digest of the subject or example code for implementation of the new topic into the project. I am looking for someone in a long term capacity (about 6 months), for a few hours a day/week, depending on the progress of the project. A big part of the work will be direct conversation between us, advising me on the right course of action to take. You will need to have good enough English to be able to communicate your ideas and knowledge clearly. We can have an initial conversation as part of the selection process where we can see how we work together and how fluent the communication between us is.
