I am looking for someone, ideally from a mechanical engineering background, with knowledge of HVAC systems and good writing skills. The job requires working with a site foreperson to assemble an Operation and Maintenance Manual for a recently completed construction job. The client requests O & M manual. The successful candidate will provide the completed word and pdf files of the O & M manual. In addition, information, as needed, will be provided. The scope of work drawings of the recently completed construction job is attached. Experience in preparing an O & M manual will be a great asset.
