Require design for automatic cold swaging machine. Input Material - load core wire which is fed from rolls. Output requirement - cold swaged pressed cylindrical objects. Dies - Need to be easily interchangeable for various diameter of lead core wire and various shapes of output cylindrical objects. High precision and high volume. Approx 5000-7000 units per hour. I am open to suggestions to convert or modify existing readily available machines. Exmaple you may recommend to convert cold heading screw machine.
