Hello, for a real-time assisting tool as you describe, 2 main developments are required: The real time detection or scanning of a live game, for which I would use Computer Vision (OpenCV) to capture and monitor the current state of a game. And the actual GTO provider, which would be developed using the reliable Nashpy library, to compute Game Theory and provide you with the output in any way you prefer (ie. an overlay).
