It is a multi step process, the first step being the most important ten seconds of the call as it is your introductory and depending on what you say and how you say it will determine you move to second step. With first step is an introduction of who you are what you are selling. The second step is to ask questions pertaining to your product and finding the benefits for your prospects. and the third step is securing a level of interest and prime them for information you will send and last step get an appointment on when you can call back after they have reviewed your info.
