Help me with Marketing

Hi, I'm Frank, from The Netherlands, looking for a special skill set. Some about us. My girlfriend Gea has a son, who has LONG legs. (he's almost 2 meters tall) If you've been in Holland, you must have noticed that we are the tallest people on the globe. (realy) Some are even that tall they have a problem finding Jeans that fit. (length 36 inch and up) From our point of view, we saw that as an opportunity. Loads of legal issues in Scandinavia, as consumer rights are strong there. But that's all been handled now. We have jeans on stock and a tailor who can produce all the jeans we like. The problem is... "now body" knows us yet. I can do some programming, as I worked in ICT for 20 years. The server is a VPS, Linux. The web shop is Presta-shop. That all functions. SSL, high security. Sure, it can be better, more tight, but for now... it will do. Facebook, instagram, tumblr is set-up and ready to go. We are in need of a social media "expert", someone who knows how to reach our target market. (Tall people in north Europe / Scandinavia). Not just generate clicks and likes. Yes, I assume you will generate. That's the job.... More/most important is the marketing plan. What are you going to post on social media? What's the red line, actions to promote the product, what special groups to target, how to target, forums of tall people, etc. That is what I need to know about. What are you planing to do with limited budget. We don't have much budget, as we are a starting company. We first need to generate sales!
