Email Marketing Team Leader LF Media We have an opportunity for an Email Marketing Team Leader to join our high performing electronic mailing team: Inbox Genetics. Our headquarters are located in San Diego, CA while team members are located globally. The candidate in this position will initially train and perform as an email marketer and has the potential to become a Team Lead. Team Leads are responsible for mailing, reporting to upper management and working with their mailing team to ensure that core competencies and tasks are accurately accomplished in accordance with established company procedures. LF Media offers employees a competitive base salary ($1250-$2000 USD per Month) plus bonuses based on experience and performance growth. Required Skills: • Proven abilities and experience in managing tactical tasks with teams • Willingness to learn ECPM and related analytical metrics measuring mailing performance • A basic understanding of accounting - profit and loss • Reporting to manager – weekly and monthly • Open communication with mailers and mid-manager • Forward thinker, innovative, creative, results driven • Reliable, proven ability to reach goals and meeting deadlines • Detail Oriented, ability to recognize patterns and detect errors and inaccuracy • Emotionally intelligent; EQ = mentor facilitator who understands the value of training • Evaluative not judgmental • Strives for excellence, seeks clarity when in doubt Desired traits: • Willingness to learn Inspirational leadership – does not allow any command and control behaviors • Development of leadership qualities.
