Customized Marketingplan and Strategy

Hello, i am looking for a professionell marketing and distribution plan for my upcoming startup. I want to show this plan to potential investors and in additional i will copy and paste it into my businessplan. As you can imagine, i need a detailed and customized marketing strategy related to my start-up and it´s target customers. It should include all necessary information and milestones. First, all facts are collected and analyzed. Of course, this is easier and more extensive with an existing company than with a start-up. The less personal experience, the more important is benchmarking (the comparison with competitors) Then the facts are analyzed: the SWOT analysis is a suitable instrument to give the listed facts a meaningful structure: thus, a "strengths-weaknesses-analysis" is worked out - and that would be value-free and without conclusions for the strategy. All participants of the company must be able to identify with the goals. The goals are divided into short, medium and long term goals. Now you are working intensively with the target group: At start-ups, all available information from competitors is valuable. Who exactly is the target group (as accurately as possible - SMEs are not a target group!), Where does it stop, what is its problem and what does it want - that is the "empathic" concept phase - the founder "creeps" into his Target group into it and experiences and understands it from the inside.
