e-commerce management, including Amazon selling

I have one successful product on Amazon, with additional items for sale. I'm looking to expand to many items, primarily in the pet products area. Currently I sell through a 3rd party reseller, but some of the items I want to add don't have enough margins to keep a 3rd party reseller actively involved. I would like to have my own storefront sell the majority of my products. I do a good job making my products unique enough to be able to control the pricing by controlling those who can sell it. Some products are my own invention, others are private labeled, but most have at least a small differentiating feature. I would like to have someone manage the listings, suggest and implement when appropriate advertising campaigns, monitor reviews and reply appropriately or notify me to reply. This would be a commissioned project (negotiable) that could substantially grow quickly. One important task would be making sure we don't lose sales when converting to our own storefront. Additional sales could be achieved through marketing other companies products. The right candidate has significant experience with selling on Amazon, has knowledge and experience with, and owns analytical and pricing software (otherwise I could purchase) to maximize sales. Note: the pay shows a custom range of $2 to $50 because the site doesn't allow to select commission. I suggest 15% of profit from sales on all platform you manage.
