Market researcher for telephone interviews ( Danish)

SUAZIO is world orientated company specialized in market research, active in the life sciences industry located in Antwerp. We are looking for motivated people who like to communicate in their own language. As researcher you will conduct surveys for market research purposes in order to meet or exceed the quantitative and qualitative call-objectives set by the client. Following a questionnaire, you will have to interview with doctors, nurses and other medical staff. Key capabilities • Native Danish speaker • A good knowledge of English • Good communication skills • Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) • Strong interest in the broader context of the life sciences industry Key responsibilities Conducts (phone) surveys in based on the received call list, using the discussion guide and guidelines defined by the Project Manager in order to perform the survey according to client’s needs. Entry data in our call center system in order for data to be processed Monitor the progress of the individual calling targets to be able to report progress or difficulties in achieving targets Recruit potential respondents matching the profile set by the Project Manager in order to conduct a survey Communication and consultation, frequent interaction with Project Manager: o At the beginning of a project to understand goals and timeline as well as attend the information session of the PM to researchers, to understand the requirements and difficulties of the project and to coach employees to achieve the goal as soon as possible. o During the project to escalate issues
