I recently bought this Bluetooth receiver on Amazon: Bluetooth Receiver, Bluebyte Clip Bluetooth 4.1 Audio Receiver for Headphones with MIC for Hands-Free Calling and Music,Bluetooth Wireless Audio Adapter for Music Streaming Sound System.(Grey) It works great for controlling itunes media controls but I am not able to remap the controls on Mac Mojave so I can use it as a clip-on remote for my powerpoint and keynote presentation. I have tried Karabiner-elements and bearded spice but neither seems to be able to do what I want. THE PROJECT: I am looking for a small/configurable app for MacOS that will capture the media player events (play, pause, forward, rewind, +, -) and remap them to a configurable key command/shortcut. Ideally I would like to break it into two phases: a scoping phase where we agree on the tests and simple UI for which i would pay a portion of the award fee
