Hello. I need an app that is executable, (no installation), then checks computer device manager and checks for available storage devices (disk drives), and pull model number and serial number out along with SMART status and volume information, and push it into a browser. Our website will analyze that date for the customer and offer certain subscription plans. There is a program by Acelab called SMART vision that is able to do all I am describing, but it has a different purpose. We don't need to display anything for the user itself, only to pass this info to the browser. Here is the tool: [login to view URL] Here is how SMART vision looks: [login to view URL] As you see it can read drive's model and serial number, check smart status. Here is how the data printout works when you click "Drive ID" - [login to view URL] This is exactly what we need. Upon launching the tool, a json gets generated and gets pushed into a website like: [login to view URL] or something like that. We need a tool for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Hello, I propose three platforms tool based on 'Smartmonitor' tool and an exe whom's source is C++ (we'll use an SFML library for various utility purposes). Linux/Mac/Windows Retreive all SMART responding drives data to a server Output format will be JSON How do you plan to launch this software, once upon startup ? Did you plan for Desktop users or server customer, or both ? I'd also need the server's informations, do you push through a POST request ? Are informations sent in the clear or encrypted ?
