I can setup the nas with or without domain name.
I suggest using on private network and if outside reach is needed to be used a vpn from the client side
I believe that I can do this for you in 7 days ,
You will have a
- Encrypted Server
- Secure shell key based communication
- FTP for file transfert (photos, videos, documents)
- a Mailbox with the domain name you like.
I install all the services in ubuntu and leave the 4 hard drives as if it were only one of 8 teras. I do not recommend encryption because it takes away performance from the server and forces the processor, but if it is a requirement, I also do it.
Note: It is required that during the initial process a person who follows directions by video calls
