Project Goal Write a C program to collect the following data from a Centos 7.x server: - file system information - memory information - hard drive information - CPU information - Snapshot information The above data must be parsed to retrieve individual data points and the exact linux commands will be provided to you. The returned data points will be simply displayed to standard output. -------------------------------------------- A Detailed Scope document will be provided to the short-listed candidates. Only experienced C programmers with knowledge of Linux (Centos in particular) will be considered

Greetings, I have been using C and C++ on UNIX-like system, for a very long time now. Did you know that ALL of the Standard Linux commands(no matter which distro of Linux), are written using C and UNIX C System calls and APIs? So, any command you type to get this information on the command-line, can be gathered at a programmatic/lower-level using C Systems calls. Nevertheless, I'm happy to do it your way, and parse executed commands' output and display the results. If I hear from you, we can take it from there..
