As an IT Service Desk Analyst, I provide email and desktop remote access and support to business-clients. I administer Active Directory, Exchange Server, Outlook, VPN, create user accounts, and reset passwords. I also address and resolve email incidents and requests.
I possess 4 years of experience as a technical support in call center. As a technical support, I resolve issues relative to phone, internet, and TV services. I create tickets and escalate issues to higher level support.
