Link Building Campaign

Please take the time to read everything if you are interested in bidding. We require an excellent experienced individual or company to take over a link building campaign for a game website. The address is [login to view URL] She/he/they need to be able to check the links are good and make sure the links are not dynamic, javascript, flash, graphic, or nofollow. We are looking for PR5+ 50 one way links. (I possible we would like some high end PR too) Here are some other things to follow: Specifications: NO porn/adult, gambling medical, drug, pharmacy sites. Links should have gaming theme. English language web sites only. Web sites must be developed (Not under construction). No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. Page with link on it must have PR3 or better Must be on a search engine friendly page. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc. link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo. Must be a text link. No graphics. Links must be permanent. No FFA's,Blogs,Classifieds, dynamic inks, etc. links must be on a website that is topically relevant (not a football website for example) If the link is on a links page there should not be more than 25 other total links on the same page. Inbound and/or outbound. Page must not be dis-allowed by [login to view URL] You must submit a list of all links incuding URL were I can find the link (in excel format) and PR of the linking page Only 1 link per domain. NO rel=nofollow links in the code. NO MORE than 50% of link from directories. Links from the same C class IP address Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. The keyword backlinks will use two different keywords. Static & Permanent One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted. No guestbook links or anything like that Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. Links should then be followed by a brief description of our website also including related keywords. NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") links in the code. Links should not be from framed pages Al links should be free and not paid and not in the footer as well. All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block). No software to be used for listings, manual submissions only. Websites that already have a published link back to my website will not be counted Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc.. Links must be in place for a minimum of two years free of charge, with the obligation on your part to replace any lost links within this period. You must additionally agree in principle to maintain these links permantely after the two year period for a rate we will agree later. All these rules must be abided to satisfy the payment conditions.
