We have a trading company at present in Australia that owns significant trademarks a IP.

We have been advised to use our current Company as a Holding Company and now set up a new trading Company that will handle all the commercial arrangements, sales, manufacturing etc under licence from our Holding comapny.

We would like someone to draft an Intercompany IP assignment and Licence Deed, once the new trading Company has been established.

We do not intend the Holding Company to do any trade, but it will negotiate with overseas businesses regarding licencing our brand in various jurisdictions.
