I need a Virtual Assistant

Needs to hire 3 Freelancers Our office is looking for a legal assistant/case manager/paralegal to handle all aspects of a pre-litigation personal injury case from A to Z, including doing the intake, sending the letters of representation, coordinating and assisting with medical treatment (this is the most important component), collecting medical records, and doing other pre-litigation related tasks. It is imperative the applicant be able to multi-task and have excellent client communication and customer service skills. We are looking for someone that is motivated, organized and is looking for long-term employment. There is significant opportunity for growth at our firm. All applicants will also need to be very tech savvy and good with Office as well as software programs. We use Filevine as our case management software. Prior personal injury law experience is preferred but not required. JOB DUTIES Sending letters of representation and opening claims with insurance companies Requesiting prior medical records/billing and police reports Opening health insurance claims Uploading and saving pertinent documents into our CRM software (Filevine) Coordinating and calendaring medical appointments Being extremely responsive to the client and managing all client issues QUALIFICATIONS Preferably prior personal injury law experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Highly organized Tech savvy Extremely responsive and punctual Self-motivated and willing to take initiative on tasks Able to explain and encourage necessary medical care to clients Compensation will be dependent on level of experience.
