Need an insurance claim settled, the insurance company is refusing to pay (say multiple excess events, whilst it was not). Requires someone with either insurance settlement skill and experience or a solicitor. Amounts are in Australian dollars. The claim is for approx $35000 (or an argument for void ab nitio to reclaim premium of approx $18000 depending on full analysis of the issues). Payment $100 base plus mount received from insurance company (payment is applicable to each tier, not overall amount): $1 -$10000, 10%; $10001-$15000, 15%; $15001-$25000, 22.5%; 25001+, 40%. These amounts include GST. Insurance claim experience or a solicitor is what is required. I see no problem if you are an overseas solicitor as this is only success commission only.
