We search for a legal support to create us and to enhance our existing contract about ensuring these top level areas: - intellectual property protection - transfer of all copyrights to us - NDA / confidentiality - customer protection - copyright infringement protection to ensure contractor does not do a copyright infringement - defined fines The contract shall be structured in what way, that parts of the contract can be evicted from case to case. We need the contract to be valid at courts in EU, UK, US and especially valid for contractors in Eastern Europe and Asia (especially China and India) To prove your law expertise please share us a Excel document with all relevant sub areas of the given top level areas (see above). Ignore our budget, since we do not disclose our budget. Offer your valid proposal for creating a contract template with the above given points. Assume you start from scratch. We will share you later our existing contract.
