Appointment Setter full time
Duties: Makes and books appointments, inputting them into an outlook calendar.
The goal is to set this appointment with the business owners.
You will be given the business number and information and agents should be able to follow process correctly for the details.
Calling will be done from Monday-Friday but 9am to 7pm exact hours following Central Standard Time, USA.
This is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Candidates must be able to work between the hours of 9am to 7pm Central Standard Time, USA.
Shift Time: Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays,
Availability: Full-time: 40 hrs a week
**Language:Must be fluent in English Language **
What we need:
· Call Center associates who can follow scripts to set appointments.
· Must be Personable, engaging, Fluent English speaking.
· With great personality and good work ethic.
· Knows how to build good rapport.
· Positive attitude: The natural tendency and desire to always have a positive impact on the people around you in the workplace.
· You will need a stable, high speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire to your router and a quality headset.
