Win 8.x App (Tablet) / Joomla 3.x based web service

The project scope includes 1 app for the quality check of branch stores and 1 web service to manage the data and the communication with the app. The main function of the app and the related web service is a “check-form”. The company inspectors visit and examine the company owned branch stores by using the “check-form” in the app. The “check-form” is structured and analysed in the company headquarters by using the web service. The app has to run on a Win 8.x tablet (native). The web service has to be embedded (as an extension) into an existing Joomla! 3.x website. We are looking for specialists --------------------------------------- If you are able to develop both - give us a quote for both. If you can only develop in a professional quality the Win 8.x app OR the Joomla web service - give us a quote for one of these solutions. 1. web service (extension for Joomla 3.x) ============================== -Integrated into an existing Joomla 3.x website as an extension -Using Joomla user management and user rights (for both web service user AND app user) -Using Joomla multi language feature (we need EN and further languages) -core data import / update via interface (source: XML-File) and manually capture / modification Check-form structure (main function) ------------------------------ -a clear 2-tier structure for the quality check must be created -At the “check details” level a catalogue of “possible answers” must be captured. Communication web service app --------------------------------------------- -Both the core data and the “check-form” data must update the app automatically via SSL. -In the app captured data must be synchronised (triggered by the app) via SSL Data reporting requirements ---------------------------------------- -All data captured in the app must be shown in a grid -Filter, sort and search function for every column is required -1 click export functionality to .csv format (get what you see) File upload to the app ------------------------------- -A separate menu position is required to upload files (e.g. PDF, Word, Excel, Images) -A 1 line description and the file path must be synchronised to the app 2. Win 8 app (tablet only) ==================== -User login, core data and check-form data must be synchronised (SSL) while launching the app -User login at the first time (stored in the app) or when changing user -Capability to work completely offline, sync when online again (mobile/WLAN) Main-function: Capturing quality check (in the branch store) --------------------------------------------------------- -All the data comes from the web service (see above) -Launch a new form and search/select the branch store -Show a clear structure tree – “check group” / “check detail” (the content, lines and structure depends on the content entered in the web service! It can be changed ad any time.) -The answer (for each checkpoint) has to be displayed in a drop down list -Camera or photo album integration -2 sign (on tablet) fields at the end of the form are required (inspector and employee).
