Ruby / Rails and Angular 1 Developer for Webapp Re-theme

I have an existing Ruby / Rails app that needs a new look. I've purchased a sleek, off-the-shelf theme and now need to replace the old theme. The old theme was Bootstrap 3 based and the new one is Bootstrap 4, so it's not a huge change. The current templates are also in HAML so theme new theme templates will need to be converted to HAML. I've personally rethemed the login/registration pages but need to spend more time on a separate product launch, which is why I'm hiring for this. I'd guess there are about 30 templates/partials to convert. A straight re-theme is the purpose here but I've toyed with the idea of converting the interface to Angular 1. Parts of the app (single pages) have some angular code, but converting the entire thing to a single page app is also an options. That said, we discuss turning this into a larger product during an interview.
