Retrieve and adjust JSON data in a HTML template using the best way

JSON file and style must be retained (no modification on it).

What I need :

I'd like to retrieve and display JSON {[login to view URL]} values on a HTML template using the best way (pure JS ? Angular ? React ?)

Eg. :

JSON looks like :

HTML looks like :

<h6 class="mb-0 mb-md-2 mb-xl-0 order-md-1 order-xl-0"><b>[login to view URL] <small class="text-muted">€</small></b></h6>

[login to view URL] in the HTML have to be replaced by 57986

I want to delete decimals.

In the future, the JSON file may contain new values. I want them to be easily integrated into HTML by myself.
