Noggin Greenfield Marketing App

We are developing an application service for Greenfield 1-1 Marketing on the Noggin Hat platform, and we are seeking to engage a freelance Web app developer to build this based on given user requirements and UI wire-frames. We shall share more about the app to be built once we have the right freelance developer shortlisted. This person will be engaged over 3-6 months initially to deliver on this mobile-responsive Web app. It is not expected that the development work need to be performed on-site but we do expect it to be done locally in Singapore. Only freelancing developers with either good app UI design experience or knowledge of good UI design principles will be considered. In this aspect, we are not looking at one with graphic or media design know-how, but someone who is not just a technical developer but has good appreciation of what it takes to develop a reasonably usable UX for the app (eg. what widgets, controls to use, navigational flow, etc). If someone has built a few front-end Web apps before, then he/she will have learnt such knowledge from experience. The preferred skill-sets & experiences of freelancer: - HTML5, CSS, full-stack Javascript - Mobile-responsive design - Responsive front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation, Semantic-UI or equivalent - Server side frameworks like Node.js, JSON data framework like jQeury, - Web application framework like Ember.js or equivalent - 2-4 years of relevant working experiences - Must currently working in Singapore as project is to be done locally Noggin is a personal data company.
