Node.Js Login and Dashboard page

I would like to developed quick login and dashboard web page in Node.JS/MySQL. Here is functionality: - User will go to URL and login page will be displayed (email, password and submit button) - User will enter credentials and press submit, this credentials will be verified with mysql and if matched let user login to dashboard page and start session for 8 hr. Only Active user will be able to login. - In case credentials doesn't match show appropriate error message. - Dashboard page is nothing but welcome page. (No content) just message "Welcome [first name] [Last Name] In database, we will have two tables associated with this. User table and USer Access table. User table will contain users' profile related and user_access table will have username and password. Table Structure: User: id fname lname email is_active created_by created_on updated_by updated_on user_access: id userid email password (not in plain text) created_by created_on updated_by updated_on With this, I would like full documentation in code and setup instruction in word doc. You can use any nice looking design template.
