after we try about 2 deverlopers teams and they was very bad we looking for anoter one can do it wall. the project idea are very basic and clear and that details: we want you will build an app for pc will control few accounts Instagram to manage - post/ upload/schedule/search / made likes or follow unfollow. each time (weekly/monthly) show report in csv use a proxy - each account use proxy specific to his account. have few level of the app and license - up to 5 users / 10 users / 20 / 30 /50 design exemple: [login to view URL] you can take idea from this app too we want it will be app and not web app please. some developers recomend us for made it web app but is not good for us. thanks.

Really sorry about the experience you had with the last developer. So you need a scrapper and automation based software which can do some work on Instagram, Which I think I can give you some example of a similar job that we have done for Facebook, a year ago.
