When someone calls in on a specific number, it will initiate a screen pop with a script for the call taker that the customer can customize as needed. There will be the need for several customizable prompts and a UI for the customer to login and configure the prompts. Example: Caller dials 555-555-1234 – rings to a queue – extension 315 is dispatched the call – before ext 315 answers screen pop on their PC that says “Thanks for calling the returns department. How can I help you?” Example 2: Example: Caller dials 555-555-1111 – rings to a queue – extension 315 is dispatched the call – before ext 315 answers screen pop on their PC that says “Thanks for calling the Sales department. How can I help you?” We have an open API with Oath.
