Get animation/audio in sync with Flash Professional CC 2014, HTML5 Canvas mode

Hi-

I need help with a Flash Professional CC 2014 file. The file's animation does not remain in sync on a PC. It's most prevalent in Firefox and Chrome. The file is built in the HTML5 Canvas mode utilizing the CreateJS libraries. The audio must remain in sync with the animation as outlined below in the --01-- comments.

The blue pause/play buttons are functional and should remain so.

The above source files, along with a screenshot of my PC system are attached as a zipped folder.

Here are some details about the PC I am testing on:

Compaq Q PC with Windows 8

All PC browsers are up-to-date

Payment will only be delivered once I have confirmed the task --01-- is functional; and I am instructed on how to re-create the synched animation/audio with a similar file; the functional source file is delivered. I rebuilt the above animation in Adobe Edge Animate and it stays in sync on my PC, so am I led to believe that my PC is not the issue. I could be wrong, but based on this, I believe this is an issue CreateJS or how I am calling/using it. If you recommend I replace the CreateJS library Flash is using on my machine, I will need instructions on how to do so. I am building these files on a Mac. I need the Flash file to be working correctly. I cannot build in Adobe Edge. I am transposing these assets created years ago in Flash CS4.
