Need a professional coder to use a publicly available driver such as OpenVPN Tap Driver to write a VPN client in C# that supports Shadowsocks protocol. An example of such program would be SSTAP. We want to make a PC game ping accelerator for the Chinese market therefore the program must use a protocol like Shadowsocks that can go through great firewall, and must also be able to support both TCP and UDP tunneling. Another feature we need is to be able to specify a list of IPs/Domains to be tunneled without affecting other connection. Note. It doesnt have to be Shadowsocks/OpenVPN Driver combination, as long as it meets the requirement above. We need to start ASAP and finish in a few days

I can build C#, but I can't understand. why do you require driver writen by C# certainly. Following source code is one of TAP windows driver. It is writen by C and python. It needs much time and efforts to covert those sources to C# source code. I will not convert to C#, but I'll implement the your requirement such as list of IPs/Domains to be tunneled. This driver is dynamically controlled by your game software. Control will be implemented by inter-process communication such as pipe or socket communication. Thanks, regards.
