business we can catogarize in to three. 1. sending money to india as three instalment. for that we will take extra charge as plus 7 plus 6 as charges. e.g.. Now Indian rupees rate for Dirham for 1000 rupees is 51 dhs. then some times we will add plus 6 or plus 7. ie 51+7 = 58 this will be our rate. if somebody want to send 50000. rupees 58 x50 = 2900 devided by 3 = 966. will be instalment price. while sending we will collect 966. next month same date we have to collect same amount. the third install ment we have to collect next month same date. 2 type is we will give cash and collecting every day. e.g.. we will give 10000. dhs and collecting every day up to hundred days 120. (every day) 3rd type we will give cash for interest. e.g. if we r giving 10000 dhs for interest we have to collect next month 1000dhs as interest (which date we had given the same date on next month it will due) in put columnm are. customer code. customer name. customer phone number. and address. attaching passport copy. by scanning. amount due. rate of deal. interest rate. reports needed amount due for customer vise with particular date pending list for all the customers total out standing total amount invested less liability like balance sheet.
