We are looking for freelancers or companies who can develop a veterinary xray image acquisition and processing software with source code to freely modify later. This need not be build from scratch but can be developed from any exisiting open source platofrm. It is preferred to build this on JAVA platform for easiness for further feature upgrades. whereas C++ platofrm can also be used. If you have any protoypes readily avialble that will be useful for further interface and feature modifications as per our requirement. Those who have worked and have got experience n medical imaging software developement with good knowledge of medical imaging standards and diocm standards are preferred.

Yes i can do this easiliy..I have PhD in Physics and strong in image processing projects to resolve identification problems from forensic medical . I will create this project with java and perhaps inbult with Matlab Programming language for the image processing formula. I have also good knowledge on ImageJ open source platform for image processing. I am a fast learner and will provide the medical imaging standards for optimization.
