Greetings,
I am an experienced Java and game developer. I had been working on many chess projects, guees this one can really make me interested. I can implement your game in any type of java GUI: Javafx, java swing, java awt. So you can choose any framework. As you added a tag NetBeans, I can develop it there.
I am perhaps not the best candidate for this project, both in terms of the deliverable date I am promising and the money I am bidding for. But from my personal experience (I have written some mini games in C++/Java prior to this) it usually takes a few days to write quality code which is well documented and I think the task you have proposed will take about 30 hours of work for me. (Someone else can definitely do it a lot more quicker). But in case you wish to be on the safe side and wish for a conscientious, patient and careful coder to work on this project you might consider me. Finally, in case if this is your assignment for an Object Oriented Systems Design Course, then please please consider doing it yourself, this assignment will teach you a lot. Your degree in software engineering is just a piece of paper, it is your skills which will ultimately count.
