Hello, It's the second time I'm seeing a project with such a description and I have to say it's possible to create! IBeacon allows the apps to wake in the background for a few seconds when the device enters or exits another device's NFC area and AudioSessions (recording or playing sessions no difference) can stay active in the background after being activated in those seconds. Also, this is an all-time activity because iOS is looking for iBeacons all the time and even after two weeks or a month, if the app hasn't been used, it can run in the background and start recording!
