We are looking for someone that can setup Webgility Platform Integrations for our company.

WE additionally require setup of QuickBooks Enterprise and also migrate our data from QBO to QBE

The complete requirement of work is given below:

[login to view URL] and configure ‘basic’ Quickbooks Enterprise (QBE) including hosting service, initial users, basic configuration, chart of accounts, etc

[login to view URL] and configure Webgility Unify and core integration with QBE

[login to view URL] or set up new integrations via Webgilty including

a. Shipstation

b. SkuVault

c. Mailchimp

d. Payment Proc- Square, Paypal, Plisio

e. Existing ecommerce channel tools- Woocommerce, Opencart, Reverb

f. New ecommerce channel tools- BigCommerce, EBay

g. Optional quote to setup and configure Amazon channel

4. Help draw overall system architecture/tech stack diagram including identifying key ‘master data’ tools (eg SkuVault = Inventory Master, et al) and main data fields/processes between tools

5. Develop project plan showing key activities, milestone dates and dependencies . Revise plan as needed to meet requirements of customer.

6. Update/revise proposal based on any new learnings from step 5 & 6

Please note we would need a Project Manager for this project who will manage the entire Project from end to end

Lastly we will need to Migrate/ import QB Online data to new QBE instance.

The entire Project should be completed in not more than 2 Months
