Hi, I am sorry to heard about the “split” issue that you faced when migrating your purchase orders from Sage to QuickBooks Desktop. But, no need to worry, as I am here to assist you and rectify the issue for you. The approach that I would suggest and work on is the manual one. Indeed, it is time consuming but it reduces the chances of error. We can reduce the time if I am provided with all the purchase orders in soft form. About me, so I am an ACC qualified, having experience of QuickBooks for more than 3 years. Can you provide me with the backup copy of your QuickBooks company file? Hello, I am working before as a QB Tech Support. I can definitely help you out with regards to modifying the data and import to QB Desktop. I am using a software tool Saasant desktop and I can import that PO and make it one line per reference number of PO Most of my projects now are QB Migration from desktop to desktop or Desktop to Online. Hi! I saw the pciture. I think the remedy for this is to edit a single po number and add up the others that are included. Then delete the duplicates. The Sage 50 records will be made to cross reference for the correct amounts of a purchase order. I have work experience on QuickBooks for more than 3 years already. I am expert on QuickBooks.
