Youtube strategy build - Target audience : Indian Women, Beauty & Lifestyle related

Hello! For my new Youtube Channel I am looking for somebody who knows all the ins and outs on how to get my channel big in India. I am Indian myself, only born in the Netherlands and started my Youtube Channel recently beauty & lifestyle related. I make videos for girls & ladies in the age 15 - 35 about beauty, lifestyle, DIY, travel, skincare, haircare, motivational videos and some vlogs. I am really interested in engaging with all the girls and ladies from my homecountry India and would love to be their role model and inspire them to become the best versions of theirselves. In my free time I do professional photography and videography for hotels & resorts.. and in March'18 I will making a big trip to Bali, Malaysia and the Philippines. I plan on making lots of videos there, and do weekly travel vlogs. Therefore, I am looking for someone who can help me expand my Youtube growth in March & April 2018. I AM NOT LOOKING, I REPEAT, NOT LOOKING FOR ANY FA - KE SUBSCRIBERS OR FA- KE VIEWS / FA- KE COMMENTS!! I really hate that and when I notice you are doing that I will cancel everything and you will not get paid. I can also see it in my stats that people watched 5/10% of my video or that my views are dropping..I want organic growth. I am looking for somebody, prefer a lady from India, who knows all about where to find my TARGET AUDIENCE in India, like Facebook groups, forums where Indian woman / girls are active... And help promote me in a not very 'self promoted' way. So for example if there's this forum where they talk about skincare subject, you can (just as your own self account) post the link to my video where you say 'I discovered this Youtuber, check her video out, I loved her tips' (for example). So actually you should have to act like my biggest fan in India (lol, hope you will become that also :) ) and by the end of every working day please report to me what and where you have been active so I can check the engagement etc etc and that it is not super spammy etc. So I am actually asking you to do research on my target audience and promote me (as yourself) at those places so I can grow genuine and connect with my Indian audience because I would really love that :)! I hope around second/third week of February I can find my ideal fit, thank you very much! PS.
