Virtual Assistant - Managing client projects and team members.

We are looking to grow our team. We are looking for a marketing assistant who can help with Shopify tasks. This will be 10-20 hours over the next month. Then from July 10th this will be minimum 30 hrs per week. THIS IS A LONG TERM JOB. I am not looking for people who can "squeeze this around other work" A digital nomad is also a perfect fit. Hours are flexible BUT MUST check in for at least 5 hours a weekday. (from July) Our business is based on a 1 business day turn around. So speed is important. We are a growing marketing agency. You must have a broad range of project management skills. We are looking for someone to set up tasks for each client and send details to the correct team member to take care of. We will train you on the specifics of our business as we have very precise ways of working. This job will be long term and from July 13th this will become a full time role. You will be paid for training of the next 4 weeks. Expected hours for next 4 weeks 20hours a week. From July 16th this will be 30+ hours a week. Bonuses will be paid for hours over 40 hours a week.
