We are looking for a virtual administrative assistant for our US operations who is fluent in verbal and written English communication. We are looking for a person who can also lead the team of administrators, project coordinators going forward. Some of the responsibilities include: • Market Research • Coordinating with team members for project deliveries • Coordinating with Sales team for deal closures • Business Development and Sales • Good exposure to MS-Office • Creating various business documents • Booking appointments with clients • Client Coordination • Answering calls/Emails • Making outbound calls • Recruitment • Writing Content • Working knowledge of various online collaboration tools • Supporting team in various Social Media Management activities • Customer Support Please respond with your experience as administrator for US market and your hourly rate.
