I need someone to setup a Dedicated Server For Email Marketing with multiple IP addresses, power mta rotation and mailwiz for the email marketing application. The server needs to be able to handle over 2 million emails per month and the job needs to be done in 72 hours.

The server can be setup with whichever provider isn't going to shut me down for emailing to nonsubscribed contacts and you have the freedom to set it up for me.
