Send One Million Emails - Certified Email Providers Preferred

I need a freelancer that is able to clean the list and send one million emails with 85-95% inbox delivery to a list that I will send you. REQUIREMENTS: 1) 85-95% Inbox Delivery 2) You can only use Whitelisted IP Addresses, with proper DMARC, SPF, DKIM, etc setup. 3) Must send within two weeks on specific days and during specific times. 4) Must clean the list to remove role addresses (info, sales, etc) as well as erroneous emails. 5) Must comply with CAN-SPAM regulations. 6) Must send proof of delivery, as well as open and click tracking report to release milestone payment. PROOF: I will include several email addresses hidden throughout the list to confirm email delivery. IMPORTANT: If those email addresses do not receive the email message delivered to the inbox folder, the milestone payment will not released, the project will be cancelled and no payment of any kind will be made to you - no exceptions.
