Sell a website and 2 domains for me

I created a website last December and I don't have enough time to properly take care of it now. I need someone who can sell this website for me. The website is well-established and a lot of its pages appear on page 1 of search engines searches. It is a premium domain worth more than $1K. The site has approx 2M visitors till date and its main source of income is through paid reviews. There are other available income sources which I am not using. The site is also being featured on the list of Top 20 Supercar Blogs 2018. If you know anyone who might be interested in this or you can reach out to potential buyers, you can apply and you will get 10%-15% of the selling price as commission. Also, I have a few premium GTLD domains that need to be sold. A 15% commission will be awarded for each successful sale. I am searching for someone who can sell the website and these domains and once the sale is recorded, a commission will be awarded. I won't be able to pay any upfront cost.
