My strength area : Strong leadership ability, Man management, team building, designing strategies, time management, conflict management, customer/ objection handling, interview skills, developing people for higher responsibilities, strong process implementer etc. I presented guest lectures in a few reputed institute like Amity and ICFAI. I had been part of the Judges team ( Nominated by my State head)in couple of the seminars at IILM and did presented the students the future prospects and the way to make the careers in Insurance. I was appreciated by my national Manager and Country head for conducting outstanding training work at the branch level and advocated to conduct it at various branches in the region. In my profile as BSM// BH// Sr BH, i used to conduct 2 hour training daily for whole staff , 4 days every week. I had developed my managers on various skills namely: sales skill, probing, managing people, managing time, handling objection, doing goal setting, managing conflict, reporting behavior, on leadership, team building etc. I created successful managers to lead the new entrants and develop them.. I had designed ( including content development ) training programmes for Managers and for key high profile Advisors in the branch. I used to take CME's for the junior doctors, by updating them on the newer aspects in their therapeutic area's. In pharma, i managed people of quite high age, only by bringing-in the lot of trust and respect between them and me.
