Promoting an academic article: creating and building citations for Google Scholar

I am seeking a good team/individual who can create citations for an academic article in order to test the current citation system, as indexed by Google Scholar ([login to view URL]). Creative solutions are welcomed. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS TASK IS NOT LINK BUILDING / TRADITIONAL SEO WORK.

Success at the task will likely involve uploading materials to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and/or other sources that Google Scholar pulls from to index citations. Previous knowledge of which sources google scholar indexes will be a big help.

I will pay out upon results (recognized citations in Google Scholar for the article), with the price breakdown as follows (milestones every $100):

Citations 1-25: $25 each

Citations 26-150: $15 each

Citations 151-300: $10 each

Total possible bounty of $4000.00 USD. I note again that this will be a competitive process, with a maximum of two freelancers chosen for the task, thus the selected budget here of $1500.

Note: please be familiar with Google Scholar and how academic citations work before bidding. Please also offer a brief plan for how you intend to create citations. Any bids that do not reference this familiarity (ideally through your previous work) will be hidden.
